ReplyOS Is Heading to Web Summit

We're taking ReplyOS to Web Summit, and bringing the newest parts of the platform with us: pipeline control from first enquiry to booking, Treatment Recovery, and our new Reputation Shield module. Here's what we're showing and how to meet us.

ReplyOS is going to Web Summit in Lisbon, 9–12 November 2026, and we're bringing the platform's newest work with us. Over the last few months the product has grown well beyond capturing enquiries. It now helps practices control the whole journey from first message to booked outcome, recover revenue that would otherwise leak away, and protect their reputation after treatment.

If you run growth or operations for a dental or aesthetics practice, or you're building in the same space, this is a good moment to see where ReplyOS is heading.

At a glance

Key takeaways

We're showing ReplyOS pipeline control: enquiries captured across WhatsApp, SMS, web chat and email, then tracked through to booking.

Treatment Recovery: surfacing and following up unbooked treatment plans to recapture revenue that usually goes quiet.

Reputation Shield: post-treatment follow-up that catches dissatisfaction privately and routes happy patients toward public reviews.

Founding access is open for early practices, with preferential terms and hands-on onboarding.

What we're showing

ReplyOS started with a simple observation: most practices lose revenue not because demand is missing, but because enquiries leak in the gaps between channels, people and follow-ups. The platform is built to close those gaps.

At Web Summit we're focusing on three parts of that story. Pipeline control gives you visibility from the first inbound message through to a confirmed booking, so you can see exactly where intent stalls. Treatment Recovery helps you re-engage patients with unbooked treatment plans. And Reputation Shield protects how your practice shows up publicly once treatment is done.

Pipeline control, from enquiry to booking

Every enquiry is captured across WhatsApp, SMS, web chat and email, then given a status and a pipeline stage so the next action is always clear. Instead of an inbox full of messages, your team gets a pipeline they can actually move, with leakage points visible rather than hidden.

This is the backbone everything else builds on: detect intent, route it clearly, guide the next action, and confirm the booking.

Pipeline control: every enquiry moves from first message to confirmed booking.

Recovering revenue and protecting reputation

Treatment Recovery surfaces treatment plans that were discussed but never booked, and helps your team follow up in a structured, repeatable way, so high-value opportunities don't quietly disappear.

Reputation Shield works at the other end of the journey. After treatment, it follows up, flags any sign of dissatisfaction privately so you can put things right, and guides happy patients toward leaving a public review. Together they help you capture more of the revenue you've already earned the right to, and protect the reputation that brings the next patient in.
