Scale · groups and enterprise
One command centre for every practice in your group.
Group HQ puts every practice’s enquiries, response times, conversion and revenue on one screen, holds each site to the same standard, and hands every group admin a board pack on Monday. ReplyOS on Scale is one banded plan for groups, from £295 per practice.
A group demo is a walkthrough on your own practice list, not the 20-minute practice call. Each practice is onboarded by its own team; billing starts once a practice is live.

Group HQ
What a group sees that a single practice does not
Every screen below is live in the console today. The definitions are the same ones each practice sees on its own dashboard, so a number in HQ is the number the practice manager is looking at.
Group overview
Right now across the estate: open, never replied to, past SLA. Then the period KPIs for every practice against the previous period, and a needs-attention list that says why a practice is on it.
One inbox, every practice
Every enquiry from every practice in one queue. Reply from HQ and it behaves exactly like being inside that practice: its templates, its AI settings, its SLA.
League table
Every practice on every metric: rank, percentage of target and standing against the group line. Sortable, exportable, and the same definitions as each practice’s own dashboard.
Leakage scorecard
Revenue that leaked in the window, ranked by practice, with the main cause for each: no response, slow response, or lost after a reply. Out-of-hours leakage called out separately.
Reputation by practice
Public rating and review volume per practice, the review-request funnel, and the negative feedback still waiting on someone. Reputation Shield, seen across the group.
Standards and targets
Pick the practice whose setup is the standard, choose which areas the group manages, push it to every practice, and see drift the moment a site changes something. Targets per practice, group defaults everywhere else.
Reports and board pack
Every group admin gets the numbers and the open queue each Monday. A printable board pack for any window, and CSV exports of everything on the league table.
Practices, team and audit
A directory of every practice with contact details, the ReplyOS number patients use, and what is still missing. Group admins and each practice’s team in one place, and an audit log of every change.
Reputation by practice needs Reputation Shield switched on at the practice, which Scale includes.
How a group is set up

The same guided setup as a single practice. Rollout progress shows in Group HQ.
- 2
The group layer sits on top
Monitoring, standards and reporting across every practice. Nothing a practice already does moves.
- 3
One subscription, banded by practice count
The group owner’s practice carries the subscription; every attached practice joins it. The per-practice rate falls as the group grows.

Enterprise
Scale across more than one group: a network layer that rolls several groups into one HQ, with per-group targets, per-group admins and a Group column on the league table. Single sign-on, SCIM and compliance exports are on the roadmap and discussed per rollout.
What does ReplyOS give a dental group that a single practice does not get?
Group HQ: a command centre over every practice in the group. It shows the live queue (open, never replied to, past SLA) and the period KPIs for every site, ranks practices on a league table against group targets, scores leakage by practice and cause, and puts every practice’s enquiries into one inbox. The group sets standards once and pushes them to every practice, with drift detection when a site changes them. Every admin gets a weekly digest and a printable board pack.
How is a group priced?
Scale is one banded plan for groups and enterprises: one subscription on the group’s billing practice, priced per practice, with the rate falling as practices are added — from £295 per practice per month in the first band, £275 at 20 or more, and £250 at 100 or more. Every attached practice joins that subscription. Final terms are agreed per rollout.
How is a group set up?
Each practice is onboarded by its own team, in the same way as a single practice, and its rollout progress shows in Group HQ. The group layer is for monitoring, setting the standard every practice works to, and reporting on all of them together. ReplyOS attaches practices to the group and sets the group owner, who controls billing and invites further group admins.
What does Enterprise add?
Enterprise is Scale across more than one group: a network layer that rolls several groups up into one HQ, with per-group targets, per-group admins and a Group column on the league table. Single sign-on, SCIM and compliance exports are on the roadmap and discussed per rollout.
