ReplyOS is exhibiting at Web Summit Lisbon on Wednesday 11 November 2026, at booth A6-13. I'll be on the stand all day, and in Lisbon for the whole event, 9 to 12 November.

If you stop by, I won't give you a pitch deck. I'll show you the product running on demo practice data, follow one enquiry from the first message to a booked appointment, and show you where it stops. Here is what that looks like, so you can decide whether it's worth ten minutes of your day.

One enquiry, end to end

We'll start with a patient asking about a treatment at nine in the evening, when the practice is closed.

  • The message lands in one inbox alongside web chat, SMS and email, with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook on the Pro plan.
  • ReplyOS answers in seconds, within rules the practice has set: what it can say, what it can't, and when it must stop.
  • When the patient asks something that needs judgement, it hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing.
  • The next morning the team sees what happened, what was said and what's waiting for them.

That's the stretch where practices lose patients they've already paid to attract: the slow or missing first reply. It's the whole reason ReplyOS exists.

After the first reply

Two more things are worth seeing if you have the time.

Treatment Recovery, on Pro, lists treatment plans that were discussed but never booked, so someone follows them up rather than letting them go quiet.

Reputation Shield, on Pro, sends every patient the same check-in after treatment, with the practice's review link. Replies that sound unhappy are flagged privately so the team can respond. It never posts anything on a patient's behalf, and it doesn't only ask happy patients.

If you run a group, I'll also show you Group HQ: one view across every practice, so you can see which sites answer quickly and which are leaking enquiries.

What to ask us (and anyone else selling AI)

You'll see a lot of AI at Web Summit. These are the questions I'd ask any of it before letting it talk to patients, and I'm happy to answer every one of them about ReplyOS.

  • What can it say on its own, and where does it have to hand over to a person?
  • What does it do with a clinical question? (Ours doesn't answer it. It hands over.)
  • Can I see a record of every conversation and every action it took?
  • Does it book straight into my practice management system? (Ours doesn't yet. Every booking still goes through the practice's own diary.)
  • What results can you show me? (We can't yet. ReplyOS is in alpha, and we'll publish what founding practices measure, with their consent, once they've run a full pilot.)
